Free Email Coaching
You read that right - free coaching over email, no commitment, no charge. My purpose as a coach is to help people, and I want to be able to offer coaching with no barrier to entry other than an internet connection and a willingness to give it a try.
How does it work? You can send me an email about anything you want coaching on and I’ll reply with my best coaching guidance, right to your inbox. Your email is confidential and I won’t ever share our exchanges or your email address. You’re in the circle of trust here!
What’s the catch, you ask? None. I’m offering this because I think life coaching is extremely helpful, but I know it’s also unfamiliar to many people and there can be a fair amount of skepticism or uncertainty when working with a someone new. I get that (I’m a critical thinker and conscious spender too).
Offering free email coaching will allow you to get a glimpse of what it’s like to work with me, while getting help for whatever it is you’re working on at the same time.
